SHIPPING POLICY
Pulse Armaments are a small business and as such will aim to dispatch your items on, or the day after you place your order providing the item is in stock. Please expect up to 7 working days to receive your from the date that your order was placed.
If in the event that you have supplied us with an incorrect address and you have not received your item, we cannot offer a refund on the item. If you require a change of address once your item has shipped, this may incur a charge which may have been passed down from the shipping company.
Products that are not held in stock will be back ordered. We will email you with updates as and when they happen to keep you informed. Custom orders will be completed as soon as possible but will need to align with our build processes at that time. Custom orders may also include an unlimited charge dependant on customer requirements.
We reserve the right at any time to alter shipping methods and costs which can be found at checkout.
All deliveries must be opened and checked prior to signing for the package. If you find the package to be damaged, do not sign for it. In the event that the customer fails to follow these instructions and signs for an item that is damaged it will be very difficult/ impossible to make a claim.
Products purchased from outside of the United Kingdom may be subjected to customs import and duty taxes. These are out of our control and are the responsibility of the purchaser to pay. We shall not subsidise, refund or in any way be held accountable for these costs.
RETURN, REPAIR & EXCHANGE POLICY
We at Pulse Armaments Ltd are confident in the products that we sell and complete extensive testing to ensure they are fit for the harshest environments. Due to our intense testing, we offer a very simple service. If at any point in the lifetime of your product* does it fail to function due to an accident, we will fix it, free of charge (excluding delivery) and will return it to you. We will not repair or replace any device that has been tampered with. If you have attempted to strip your device and have subsequently damaged it, you will not be covered. Any faults that occur within the first 30 days that we identify as manufacturing faults will have their shipping charges credited**.
Please note: We reserve the right to charge for repairs at any period where we deem necessary. We may also replace your device with a like for like device if we are unable to fix your device. Due to manufacturing intervals, we may not hold current stock of your colour of device. If this is the case, we will not be able to offer a refund but you shall have to wait an extended period until we have the correct colour components for your device.
* Due to the nature of the product, product lifetime for the purpose of warranty is deemed as 6 months from date of purchase.
**Shipping credit will only be provided when we are supplied with evidence of shipping costs from a reputable shipping company e.g. Royal Mail, UPS, DHL, ParcelForce.
If you are unhappy with your purchase, you must return it to us within 14 days, in the original packaging and undamaged (we will not cover shipping costs). Once we receive your device, we shall assess it and ensure that it is fit for sale again. Only once this assessment has been completed will we offer you a refund. Please allow up to 7 working days for us to assess your device from the day that we receive it. If we believe that your device is damaged and is not suitable for resale we will not offer a refund. At this point you have the choice of leaving the device with us or paying to have the device shipped back to you.
