The information found here applies to all activities relating to and performed regarding Pulse Armaments. Please read through and understand all information displayed on this page before placing an order.
By using this website and/or placing an order you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions herein.
Pulse Armaments reserve the right to make alterations to these Terms and Conditions without prior warning which shall effect all subsequent orders placed from the following day. Orders placed prior to 23:59 on the day that changes were made shall follow the previous revision.

CUSTOMER CARE
Pulse Armaments Ltd are committed to provide the highest quality services to our customers. This guide explains our care policy and how we proactively strive to provide products and services in which our customers can have full confidence. The aim of the business is to design and manufacture products used for military simulation and/or training that are safe and effective at providing realistic feel and function.
Pulse Armaments Ltd act as a data controller for information that you willingly provide to us. This means that we are responsible for what happens to your information. At all times we will comply with the standards, policies and procedures and requirements of the Data Protection Act 2018 and ensure that we do everything within our power to keep your information safe and shall not willingly, without your permission transfer your information to a third party. The information that we collect is only what you provide to us while using our site. This includes contact details, account details, time and date of purchase, items purchased and preferred payment method. Payment is processed through a secure third party system to ensure your data is safe at all times.

PURCHASING
Some or all of the product sold by Pulse Armaments Ltd may be subject to age restrictions relevant in the United Kingdom at the time of sale. We may request a copy of photographic identification to ascertain the age of the purchaser prior to shipping goods. Refusal to comply will result in your order being cancelled after 14 days.
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgement, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
WHOLESALE INQUIRIES
Pulse Armaments Ltd will supply products in wholesale quantities where possible. We reserve the right to limit quantities, frequency of orders and customers who we supply to at any time.
Wholesale enquiries will be subject to a Minimum Advertisement Price (MAP). Refusal to comply with this will result in cancellation of all future orders or any other measures that we deem necessary.

SAFETY AND INDEMNIFICATION
The manufacturers or anyone associated with, will not accept any liability whatsoever where their product has been misused, customised or tampered with in any way that differs from its original, intended usage.
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Pulse Armaments Ltd and our parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, officers, directors, agents, contractors, licencors, service providers, subcontractors, suppliers, interns and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable solicitors’ fees, made by any third-party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms and Conditions or the documents they incorporate by reference, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third-party.
SEVERABILITY
In the event that any provision of these Terms and Conditions are determined to be unlawful, void or unenforceable, such provision shall nonetheless be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and the unenforceable portion shall be deemed to be severed from these Terms of Service, such determination shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any other remaining provisions.
